Type: 0.6~0.8 FTE
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Work Period: First contract 6 months, possible of extension.
We are seeking energetic, responsible administration assistant to join our growing organisation. In this position, you will be the strong support of our enthusiastic team with administration works, including HRM, Financial, inventory, logistics and Documentation. The work starts with 0.4~0.6 FTE with flexibility to certain extend. With the business growing, more hours can be assigned.
Makeblock is a fast growing STEAM education solution provider. The working location is right next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, it is the European Subsidiary of Makeblock, Makeblock Europe B.V.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Human resources management;
- Financial and inventory assistant;
- Documentation archiving;
- Improving administration process;
- Building up office culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficient of using different administration softwares and office applications;
- Prefer to have good Dutch Skills, and proficient in English;
- Team player;
- Active and enthusiastic about work;
- Eager to learn and grow;
- Strong communication skill;
